    ■ Regarding the release of Version 1.1.4 of the app

    As of July 14 at 24:00 (PST), Version 1.1.4 of the app is now available.
    The following issues have been resolved in the new version, so we recommend upgrading the app from the store.

    ・ Fixed a bug in the recovery effect of Mothra (Imago).
    ・The display of Godzilla Pass when the bonus bank is reached is broken.
    ・In some cases, the attacks of “Kong,” who appeared as a third force, did not hit the target.
    ・When a new season starts while the app is still running, the Godzilla Pass display is not updated.
    ・Fixed a bug in which the “Mothra (Imago)” formed as a leader would be buried in the ground when defeated.
    ・Improve some matching problems.
    ・Fixed other minor bugs.

    *Version 1.1.4 of the app is a mandatory update.
    Please note that you will not be able to log in to the game if you are still using app version 1.1.3.

    ■ Mothra (Imago) special move, “Lifeforce Scales” may heal more than 10%.

     It has been confirmed that Mothra (Imago) special move “Lifeforce Scales” may have a double recovery effect depending on the timing of its activation.
     This will be fixed in the next update (ver. 1.1.4), so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your patience until it is fixed.

    We would like to inform you of an issue we have received many inquiries about.

    ■ Cannot upgrade to Version 1.1.3 on Android

    Version 1.1.3 for Android has been available since Jul. 6 00:00 (PST),however we have received messages from some players that the update button does not appear in the store and they are unable to upgrade the game.

    If you are unable to upgrade the application, please try the following method.
    1. Search for “Godzilla Battle Line” in the search box at the top of the store.
    2. Click the “Update” button on the Godzilla Battle Line app that appears in the search results to update the app.

    If “Update” is not displayed following the above method, you may be able to select “Update” from “My Apps & Games” or “Manage Apps & Device” in the store.

    Please note, if you uninstall the app, your game play data will be lost.

    We would like to inform you of a new bug that has been confirmed.

    ■The error message “Error 10” is displayed and I cannot log in to the game.
    ⇒The new season started on June 29 (PST), but the above error is occurring for customers who have never logged in since the new season.
     We are currently working on fixing the program.
     We will update the data as soon as the error is fixed, so please wait for a while until the error is fixed.

    ■ Regarding the release of Version 1.1.3 of the app(For iOS)

    As of July 4 at 21:00 (PST), Version 1.1.2 of the app is now available.
    The following issues have been resolved in the new version, so we recommend upgrading the app from the store.

    ・ Corrected the display of the grade release time of Godzilla Pass.
    ・ Fixed a bug that caused the camera to move off the game screen during battles.

    *Version 1.1.3 of the app is a mandatory update for iOS.
    Please note that you will not be able to log in to the game if you are still using app version 1.1.2.

    We would like to inform you of a new bug that has been confirmed.

    ■There is an error in the display of the grade release time of Godzilla Pass.
    ⇒As this game is global, the server time is based on PST (Pacific Standard Time).
     This game is globally compatible, so the server time is based on PST (Pacific Standard Time), and the date change time in the game is 0:00 PST (US Pacific Standard Time).
     However, the release time is currently displayed based on the local time (0:00) of your device, and there is a difference between the actual release time and the displayed time.
     We will fix this in a future update, so please wait for a while until the problem is fixed.

    After the maintenance conducted today, the following problems have been confirmed.

    The following issues have been resolved in the new version, so we recommend upgrading the app from the store.

    ・Fixed an issue where the Godzilla Pass grade release limit was set lower than it should have been.
    ・Fixed the problem of inappropriate error messages when transferring data.
    ・Fixed a problem that occurs when matching or disconnecting.
    ・Implemented anti-fraud measures.

    The following is a summary of newly confirmed issues and answers to frequently asked questions.

    ■ The following display issues occur when reaching the Bonus Bank of the Godzilla Pass.

    ・ When the Bonus Bank is reached, “Next 51” is displayed even though the maximum Grade is 50.
    ・ G-tokens are accumulated for every 35 points, but the meter still contains 10 parts, and “10” is displayed as the count parameter.
    ・The Godzilla Pass points earned displayed on the battle results screen are displayed in a negative value.

    ⇒The above are display issues and do not affect the actual progress of the Bonus Bank or the accumulation of G-tokens.
    These display issues will be fixed in a future update. We thank you for your patience.

    ■ The Shop is not updated when the date changes, and the number of logins to date (recorded for missions) remains the same.

    ⇒Players should log into the game again to update the Shop (the Daily Sale, Free Expedition Maps, etc.) and increase the recorded number of logins to date.
    After the date changes, please return to the Title screen and try logging in again.
    The daily changeover currently takes place at at 00:00 PST (Pacific Standard Time)/17:00 JST (Japan Standard Time).

    6/23 (Wed.) Additional Notice

    ■ Regarding the release of Version 1.1.1 of the app

    As of June 21 at 00:00 (PST)/17:00 (JST), Version 1.1.1 of the app is now available.
    The following issues have been resolved in the new version, so we recommend upgrading the app from the store.

    ・ When the app is launched for the first time, various text is not displayed.
    ・ The display is corrupted when maximum Godzilla Pass Points have been accumulated.
    ・ In the Godzilla Pass, the “Unlock With G-Stones” button is displayed even when the daily Grade cap has been reached.
    ・ The matching process does not work for ranked battles, and will remain in a state of searching for an opponent.
    ・ Notifications do not appear on the completion of some missions.

    *Players are not required to update to Version 1.1.1.
    It will remain possible to play the game using Version 1.1.0.

    ■ Regarding issues currently appearing in-game, etc.

    The following is a summary of newly confirmed issues and answers to frequently asked questions.

    ・ At Arena Rank 36, a player’s trophies can be lost and their Rank lowered.
    ⇒We have confirmed that trophies are being lost at Rank 36, which is not supposed to allow for the player’s Rank to be lowered.
    We will resolve this issue shortly.

    *This was fixed in the maintenance on June 27.

    ・ When transferring data, “Error Code 5004” or “Error Code 10” is displayed and the transfer cannot be performed.
    ⇒”Error Code 5004″ is displayed when the transfer code entered is incorrect, and “Error Code 10” is displayed when the password entered is incorrect.
    If you are experiencing problems, please contact our user support team.
    The transfer code is changed each time the password is set, so please take care when making a note of it.
    The error messages will be fixed in a future update.
     *Resolved in Version 1.1.2 of the App (as of June 27).

    ・ About unlocking Godzilla Pass Grades in Ver. 1.1.1
    ⇒As mentioned in the maintenance notice posted on June 22, Version 1.1.1 of the app has an issue
    where the maximum Grade unlocking cap for the Battle Pass is set lower than the original limit.
    There will be a discrepancy between the actual Grade that can be unlocked and the Grade displayed until June 24 at 10:30 (PST).
    During the above period, even if you receive a message that “You’ve reached today’s cap”, you will still be able to unlock Grades up to the original limit by accumulating Godzilla Pass Points in battle.
     *Resolved in Version 1.1.2 of the App (as of June 27).

    ・ Some players have been incorrectly given the Godzilla Pass premium reward title (title: Prolific Researcher).
    ⇒Due to a processing glitch during the maintenance conducted on June 22, the premium reward title was sent to the Present Box of some players not eligible to receive it.
    We will withdraw the titles at a later date from non-eligible players.
    The timing of the withdrawal will be announced in-game at a later date.
    We thank you for your understanding.
    *This was fixed in the maintenance on June 27.

    ⇒We have confirmed that the message “{0}/{1}” is displayed after receiving mission rewards and when the maximum Grade cap is reached.
     Please be assured that this is an issue with the display only, and will not affect the actual points earned.
     This issue will be resolved in the next update. We appreciate your patience until that time.

     

     ■ About the maximum Grade cap
    There is a cap on the number of Grades that can be unlocked per day under the Godzilla Pass.
     At the beginning of each Season, you are only able to raise your Grade up to Grade 4. The cap is then raised by 4 Grades every day.
     *Once you have reached the Grade cap, Godzilla Pass Points can still be accumulated up to a maximum of 10 points.
     *The day changes in-game every day at 00:00 PST (17:00 JST).

     

    ・ An incorrect error message is displayed when unlocking Godzilla Pass Grades

    *Resolved in Version 1.1.1 of the App (as of June 23).

    ⇒We have confirmed that an error message stating that users have already received their reward
    is displayed when players attempt to unlock a Grade after reaching the Grade cap.
     When correctly displayed, the message should read “You’ve reached today’s cap”.
     This issue will be resolved in the next update. We appreciate your patience until that time.

     

    ・ A communication error is displayed and players cannot log into the game

    ⇒Please check your network connection.
     If there is no problem with your network connection, please try closing the app and restarting it.
     If the issue arises, please close the app and restart it.

     

    ・ Opponents are repeatedly disconnected during gameplay

    ⇒We are currently investigating this issue to confirm whether or not it is a problem with the system.

    ・ When some missions are cleared, a mission clear message does not appear on screen
